UX Designer / Researcher

The UX Researcher will conduct user research sessions and analyze user feedback to inform product design decisions. They will also prepare reports and collaborate with the product team to integrate insights into the design process.
Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and analyze user research activities such as interviews, usability tests, etc
- Review and analyze user feedback surveys from Medallia survey and other relevant sources on a monthly basis
- Prepare and present reports that summarize feedback and research findings
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts based on research findings to visualize and communicate user needs and interactions
- Work closely with product team and UX designers to ensure user research insights are integrated into product design and development process
Requirements
- BS degree with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in UX research, with demonstrated experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Strong understanding of research methodologies including usability testing, surveys, interviews and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to manage and synthesize large volumes of data from multiple sources
- Experience working in cross-functional teams , particularly with designers, product managers and developers
