- Collaborate with other product designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across our products
Requirements
- Proven project and work experience in design systems
- You thrive in a collaborative, team environment
- Experience working with, building and maintaining a Design System
- You'll have a basic understanding of front-end coding
- Passion for design systems and infectious energy when it comes to communicating the value of a design system to the wider organisation
- Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines that apply to various platforms, including web, iOS and Android
- You are a Figma power-user
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and are comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and be able to use your initiative when it comes to prioritising based on impact and value
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates exemplary foundational design skills (typography, colour, layout, interactions)
