The Product Designer will lead product design initiatives from initial concept through final execution and will be responsible for driving continuous improvements in design processes to elevate output quality. This role also requires ensuring design consistency through close collaboration with product managers, other designers, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives from conception to final execution
- Drive continuous improvements in design processes
- Ensure consistency in design outputs by collaborating closely with product managers, other designers, and engineers
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Requirements
- Advanced product design experience demonstrated through a portfolio of impactful design solutions
- Experience designing user experiences within insurance, finance, or other compliance regulated sectors
- Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience conducting usability testing
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and champion design principles across diverse audiences
