The role involves defining and justifying a multichannel, intuitive digital experience, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize the booking funnel, and ensuring user engagement and usability. Responsibilities also include anchoring design practices, building robust prototypes, and contributing to improving team efficiency and design visibility.
Responsibilities
- Envision and formalize the Design elements of the product strategy
- Understand user problems and design the best possible experiences
- Ensure smooth and high-quality delivery by supporting the product team
- Streamline Design workflows
- Maintain a holistic vision beyond immediate scope and consider the entire e-commerce ecosystem
Requirements
- Graduated from a top engineering or business school or with a specialized Master’s degree in Design
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely present analytical results
- Proficient in user experience design, both strategically and operationally
- At least 6 years of successful experience as a Product Designer
- Professional background in B2C and e-commerce environments
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to lead and prioritize team work
- Empathy, active listening, and a pedagogical approach are key values
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with using a Design System
- Fluent in English
