Lead UI Designer

The Lead UI Designer will collaborate across teams to align visual design with overarching strategies and work closely with technology and brand teams to troubleshoot site issues. They will also mentor fellow designers and contribute to the evolution of design systems and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to align visual design with overarching strategies
- Work cross-functionally with writers, producers, and strategists to deliver on-brand creative work
- Troubleshoot site issues and update components to align with brand and business requirements
- Contribute to the evolution of AT&T design systems and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, visual communication, or similar
- Five+ years of related experience
- In-house or ad agency experience a plus
- Portfolio featuring digital campaigns for various customer touchpoints and marketing channels
