Digital Graphic Designer

The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital experiences across web, social media, advertising, and email, developing cohesive visual concepts for both digital and print channels. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing digital assets, and partnering with external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver cohesive visual concepts across both digital and print channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver high-quality, on-brand design solutions on schedule
• Work closely with photographers and videographers to select, edit, and enhance imagery for digital platforms
• Uphold Grand Design's visual identity to reinforce brand consistency and recognition
• Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library, ensuring consistent use across all touchpoints
• Ensure all creative work aligns with industry standards, audience expectations, and Grand Design's brand aesthetic
• Partner with external advertising agencies to develop supporting design collateral for key campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, visual arts, or a creative field
• A minimum of 5 years of creative or graphic design experience, ideally in a digital-heavy role
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (web, social, banners, email, UX/UI elements)
• Strong experience in PhotoShop, Illustrator, In-Design, Adobe, and Microsoft applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
