Graphic Designer, Digital & Social Media

The role involves designing digital content, crafting engaging video and animation experiences, and creating social media graphics and web content to reinforce the EMCOR brand message across operating companies. Essential duties include translating marketing strategies into visual concepts, producing high-quality digital assets, and driving 2D motion graphics workflows from storyboarding to final production.
Responsibilities
- Translate marketing and product strategies into compelling visual concepts
- Craft unique creative assets and visual interactions that tell impactful stories
- Design high-quality digital assets, including social media graphics, web visuals, email templates, and digital advertising materials
- Produce high-quality, fast-turnaround videos for social media channels
- Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and integrity across all platforms
- Drive animation workflows from initial storyboarding to the final production of motion graphics
- Design branded templates, visual assets for various departments, adapting materials to meet specific needs while maintaining brand integrity
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. preferred
- 5 to 8 years experience in motion graphics, social media content creation, and video editing
- Experience designing both digital and print materials
- Fluent in 2026 design trends: immersive storytelling, sustainable design aesthetics, micro-interactions, inclusive design
- Exceptional online portfolio or demo reel showcasing innovative design solutions and a strong understanding of visual storytelling
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma/Sketch, 3D & Motion: Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine
