The Senior Product Designer will deliver world-class, intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web and native platforms, championing the customer voice using research insights and data aligned with business strategy. They will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet user needs, business goals, and technical requirements while supporting delivery with a focus on accessibility and design systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class, intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web and native platforms
- Provide design vision and guidance, and use research insights and data to champion the customer voice and align it with business strategy
- Partner with product managers, architects, analysts, and engineers to ensure solutions meet user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, accessible, large-scale digital products and services
- Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping using tokens and variables
- Experience using research methods and lab/online platforms to conduct usability testing
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics
