Staff Product Designer

The Staff Product Designer will be responsible for designing high-impact features and flows, sometimes end-to-end, and driving improvements by overhauling existing experiences for maximal impact. They will deeply understand customers' pain points by absorbing data from various sources and applying creative thinking to advocate for optimal, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact features and flows, sometimes end-to-end; other times driving improvements by overhauling or optimizing existing experiences
- Deeply understand our customers, their pain points and unmet needs by absorbing data from a variety of sources and methodologies
- Apply your creative thinking methods to ideate past obvious options, identify and advocate for optimal solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of practical experience in product design
- Proven experience leading the design of digital products in Agile workflows
- Exceptional portfolio that showcases strong UX judgement, high-quality craft, and meaningful outcomes
