Product Designer

The role involves owning and evolving the patient-facing experience, designing end-to-end patient journeys, and building zero-to-one patient education and decision-support experiences, including AI-powered concierge and chat features. Additionally, the designer will serve as a strategic product partner, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers, and using research to validate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve our patient-facing experience
- Design and ship end-to-end patient journeys, from onboarding through ongoing care
- Build zero-to-one patient education and decision-support experiences
- Design AI-powered concierge and chat experiences that feel trustworthy, empathetic, and human
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer building user-facing software products
- Experience leveraging AI in the design process, and comfortability with AI tools
- Experience shipping large features or owning substantial product surface areas
- Strong end-to-end product design skills (discovery → execution → iteration)
