UI/UX Designer
Scale Army Careers Remote (🇪🇬 Cairo, Egypt)
The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive and visually compelling design solutions across various digital platforms. This includes designing websites, landing pages, and mobile applications while ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Web, CMS & Landing Page Design: Design and evolve high-quality websites, marketing pages, and CMS-driven experiences across platforms such as Webflow and custom builds
- Mobile App Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile application interfaces that deliver strong user experiences
- Presentation & Deck Design: Create compelling presentation decks to communicate ideas clearly and visually when needed
- Autonomous Workflow: Work independently while managing time, priorities, and multiple projects efficiently
- B2B & B2C Design: Adapt design approaches to serve both business clients and direct-to-consumer audiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX and product design with a strong portfolio showcasing web platforms, marketing sites, landing pages, and mobile applications
- Experience designing and shipping websites in Webflow, including CMS-driven pages and responsive layouts
- Background designing for both B2B and B2C products
- Experience collaborating with developers and working within real technical constraints
- Fluency in Figma for design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows
- Strong understanding of modern UX principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and customer experience optimization
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute quickly
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools, including Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite
