Onsite Full-time Senior

Drive end-to-end design for major product areas, leading problem framing, customer research, and iterative validation. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and advocate for user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end design for major product areas—from discovery through delivery
  • Lead problem framing, customer research, conceptual exploration, and iterative validation
  • Design & Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs
  • Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization
  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations
  • Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our design system across components, patterns, and documentation
  • Advocate for the user experience and influence decisions with clarity, insight, and data
  • Develop a deep understanding of retail, supply chain, and enterprise workflows (if not already experienced)

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design
  • Proven track record designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows
  • Expertise in design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, human-centered solutions
  • Strong interaction design skills, including Information Architecture, flows, and system-level thinking
  • Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
  • Strong communication skills (in English)—able to influence cross-functional partners and present design decisions with clarity
  • Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.)
  • Experience in supply chain or manufacturing adjacent domains is a nice to have
  • Curiosity, leadership, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship
