
Drive end-to-end design for major product areas, leading problem framing, customer research, and iterative validation. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and advocate for user experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end design for major product areas—from discovery through delivery
- Lead problem framing, customer research, conceptual exploration, and iterative validation
- Design & Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs
- Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations
- Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our design system across components, patterns, and documentation
- Advocate for the user experience and influence decisions with clarity, insight, and data
- Develop a deep understanding of retail, supply chain, and enterprise workflows (if not already experienced)
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design
- Proven track record designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows
- Expertise in design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, human-centered solutions
- Strong interaction design skills, including Information Architecture, flows, and system-level thinking
- Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Strong communication skills (in English)—able to influence cross-functional partners and present design decisions with clarity
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.)
- Experience in supply chain or manufacturing adjacent domains is a nice to have
- Curiosity, leadership, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship
