Product Designer (UI/UX)

The Product Designer will ideate and design new product workflows, translating requirements into user flows and high-fidelity UI. They will also collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is clear and implementation aligns with the product vision.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, design, and propose new product workflows from concept through execution
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Design intuitive experiences that account for real operational constraints and edge cases
- Think holistically about UX across desktop and mobile
- Serve as the main point of contact for engineering questions related to design
- Own and maintain the design component library in Figma, ensuring it stays current
- Proactively communicate design system updates and changes to the development team
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
- Proven ability to design end-to-end workflows, not just isolated screens
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating cross-functionally
