Own the end-to-end product design process, from concept and brand expression through high-fidelity UI and interaction design. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Project Delivery teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process, from concept and brand expression through high-fidelity UI and interaction design
- Develop and evolve a cohesive brand and visual design system for Next Street
- Design and iterate on internal tools, admin dashboards, white-labeled solution, and operational interfaces
- Design intuitive, engaging user experiences informed by user behavior and data
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Project Delivery teams
- Rapidly prototype concepts using AI-powered design tools and workflows
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, or UI/UX designer
- Strong understanding of user behavior and interaction design
- Highly proficient in Figma and experienced delivering developer-ready assets and components
- Skilled at using AI tools to rapidly prototype, explore concepts, and iterate on designs
- Experience designing responsive, cross-platform experiences and admin dashboards or internal tools
- Collaborative and open-minded
