
Product Designer II

The Product Designer II will contribute to the growth of the design team and collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency across experiences. They will communicate design direction to stakeholders and work with various teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuing growth of a strong and highly successful design team
- Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency across experiences
- Communicate, document, and represent design direction to team members, senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure the experience vision is driven by a well-defined nucleus of user needs, tasks, marketing and business requirements
- Work with design, development and program management teams to ensure interaction and visual designs communicate and function successfully for varying technical and performance specifications
- Work with user researchers to coordinate testing efforts, interpret test results, and incorporate results into design efforts
- Effectively communicate with developers through implementation phase to realize design vision

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- 2+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
- Extensive experience with complex end to end enterprise thinking
- Experience working in tight collaboration with Design and product managers
- Proven ability to solve complex design problems across the full design spectrum
- Strong design leadership skills, with experience guiding work from concept through execution
- Ability to think both conceptually and strategically about the end-to-end user experience
