Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will design high-converting UI solutions and support user testing initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to create scalable and testable designs that enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize sales panel experiences and customer journeys that drive conversion across product domains
• Conduct and facilitate user testing sessions to validate design hypotheses and gather insights for iteration
• Articulate design decisions and present work effectively to both internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong track record of delivering high-quality, conversion-focused solutions for digital products, particularly in e-commerce environments
• Experience conducting and analyzing user tests, with the ability to translate findings into actionable design improvements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
