The UX Designer will facilitate discovery sessions to understand user needs and translate complex workflows into user-friendly Salesforce experiences. They will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure design aligns with technical feasibility and support client-facing presentations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business goals, user needs, and process challenges
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Create design assets and guidelines aligned with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and client brand standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Experience designing for Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) is highly valued
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
- Understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and Experience Cloud constraints
