UX Designer

The UX Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end user experiences for web-based enterprise applications, translating complex business workflows into clear user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. This includes collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and accurate implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based enterprise applications
• Translate business workflows and functional requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers to define flows, edge cases, and system behavior
• Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and accurately implemented
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and UX patterns for scalability and consistency
• Think through error states, empty states, and role-based experiences common in enterprise software
• Participate in usability reviews and iterate based on feedback and user behavior

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in workflow-heavy or B2B applications
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience designing web apps with complex workflows such as forms, approvals, dashboards, and filters
• Proficiency with Figma or equivalent tools for wireframing and prototyping
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly, rooted in logic and usability
• Comfort designing for function-first environments where clarity matters more than aesthetics
