Lead end-to-end design for AI product surfaces, shaping user experiences from concept to production. Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to create intuitive user flows and interaction models.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for one or more AI product surfaces, from early concept to production
- Design core user flows that make advanced AI capabilities feel simple, natural, and usable
- Work closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to explore problems, test ideas, and ship quickly
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new interaction models, especially for AI-driven experiences
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine product direction
- Help define and evolve A1’s design system to support speed, consistency, and scalability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product or UX designer
- Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems
- Experience working closely with engineers and product partners in fast-moving environments
- Comfort designing from incomplete inputs and evolving requirements
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Willingness to take ownership from problem definition through shipped solution
