The UX Designer will be responsible for delivering intuitive product experiences based on user needs and design principles, which includes designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups adhering to usability and accessibility standards. Key tasks involve leading the creation of journey maps, facilitating user research and testing, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective designs.
Responsibilities
- Designs wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, adhering to usability best practices and accessibility standards
- Leads the creation and use of journey and process maps to help prioritise and guide design direction
- Facilitates user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Works with wider project team to establish value of UX design as a discipline
- Analyse user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience designing for enterprise software or SaaS solutions
- Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to present designs and rationale to stakeholders
