The AI Product Designer will support qualitative and quantitative research activities, translating insights into user experience opportunities. They will design and prototype user experiences that leverage LLM-powered and generative UI approaches.
Responsibilities
- Discovery, Research and Insight : Support qualitative and quantitative research activities
- AI-powered UX and Prototyping : Design and prototype user experiences
- Conversational, Agentic and LLM-powered Experiences : Support the design of LLM-powered interfaces
- Design Systems and GenUI : Apply and extend design systems to support GenUI and AI-driven interfaces
- Client Collaboration and Workshops : Contribute to collaborative workshops
- Communication and Craft : Clearly explain design decisions
- Innovation and Growth : Stay curious about new tools, workflows, and ways of working
Requirements
- Strong UX and UI design fundamentals
- Confidence using modern design tools
- Experience prototyping and iterating ideas
- Interest or hands-on exposure to LLM-powered interfaces, conversational UX or GenUI
- Design systems literacy
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to keep learning
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
