Senior Product Designer - Loyalty Tech (REMOTE)

The Senior Product Designer will lead design within the Loyalty Tech product team, partnering with various stakeholders to enhance the end-to-end loyalty experience. This role involves coaching junior designers, conducting research, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through a human-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead design within the Loyalty Tech product team
- Partner across technology portfolios and business stakeholders to shape the end-to-end loyalty experience
- Apply human-centered design principles to deliver product experiences that support strategic priorities
- Collaborate with other product designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver product experiences
- Conduct research discovery to define problems and identify the right problems to be solved
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of Product Design
- A lean product mindset rooted in experimentation
- Success in defining a cohesive research strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective facilitation, relationship building, and collaboration skills
