The Product Designer will create user experiences that empower customers and translate requirements into user-friendly designs. They will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead design discovery meetings to help shape product direction
- Translate requirements into concepts and user-friendly design
- Analyze requirements and help validate product strategy from the perspective of the user
- Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize the user experience
- Collaborate with other designers as needed, and work independently to see a project through to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- At least 2 years of experience in interface and interaction design
- Knowledge of technology advantages and limitations (i.e., JS, CSS, HTML, iOS)
- Strong Figma skills (both designing and prototyping)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress and expected milestones
