Senior UX Designer

The Senior Designer for Design Systems will create and maintain reusable components and patterns in Figma, ensuring alignment with Flexera’s brand and accessibility standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote adoption and foster a culture of design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner in driving the creation and maintenance of reusable components, patterns, and documentation in Figma
• Set standards for visual design and execution across products to deliver a world-class user experience
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver a single source of truth that reduces redundancy, accelerates time-to-market, and improves usability
• Advocate for UX and accessibility best practices and principles
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, promote adoption, provide guidance, and foster a culture of design excellence

Requirements

• A comprehensive portfolio featuring high-fidelity screens that present refined UI examples
• Expert in Figma, with proven ability to create, maintain, and evolve design libraries
• Experience with design system workflows and tools (e.g., Storybook, design tokens)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with accessibility standards and UX best practices
