Senior Product Designer (d/f/m)

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end product design for B2C and B2B web applications, from early concepts to high-fidelity execution. They will partner with Software Engineers to create technically feasible solutions while maintaining a world-class user experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design across B2C and B2B web applications
- Partner closely with Software Engineers to build solutions
- Establish and evolve design foundations, ensuring Figma libraries and design tokens stay in sync with the codebase
- Champion craftsmanship and attention to detail
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a Senior Product Design role
- Strong background in digital product design with at least 5+ years of experience
- Expert-level Figma skills and deep experience with component-driven design systems
- Deep intuition for modern web frameworks and technical possibilities
- Expertise in systemic design thinking and structure visual systems
