Product Designer

The Product Designer I will be responsible for driving design execution within defined product areas, translating complex business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically strong user experiences. Key duties include creating high-quality UI deliverables, synthesizing customer insights, and ensuring design intent aligns with measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, accessible UI and proactively test for usability concerns
- Refine interactions based on user behavior and feedback cycles
- Apply visual and interaction design principles to craft intuitive user experiences
- Create high-quality, accessible UI deliverables (e.g., flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs)
Requirements
- 2-4 years of product design or UX design experience
- Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
- Technical proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Working familiarity with ADA Standards and WCAG guidelines
- Ability to communicate abstract design concepts visually and verbally
