GenAI Digital Product Leader - UI/UX Designer

This role involves designing end-to-end UX flows for GenAI and Agentic AI products, including conversational interfaces and monitoring dashboards, while developing UX patterns tailored for banking operations roles based on user insights. The individual will also contribute to enterprise patterns for AI-centric UI components and ensure UX compatibility with platform-level AI constructs.
Responsibilities
- Design end to end UX flows for GenAI and Agentic AI products
- Develop UX patterns tailored to banking operations roles
- Create UX structures aligned to enterprise O2A pipelines
- Produce high fidelity UI designs that meet enterprise visual standards and WCAG 2.1+ accessibility requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital product management experience
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Experience designing AI-driven or data-intensive applications
- Proficiency with Figma plus familiarity with tools such as Miro, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
