Lead Product Designer
Red Amigo Dal S.a.p.i. Of C.v. S.o.f.o.m. E.n.r Remote (🇲🇽 Mexico City, Mexico)
The Lead Product Designer will own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to high-fidelity execution and implementation oversight. They will also identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and user feedback, translating research findings into actionable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of end-to-end design of the product, leading the process from discovery and definition of the problem to execution of high-fidelity designs and supervision of their correct implementation
- Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, user interviews, usability tests, and feedback from customers and stakeholders
- Translate research findings into design solutions, communicating clearly the learnings, decisions, and rationales to multidisciplinary teams
- Lead ideation and co-creation sessions with clients, product, technology, and business to discover insights, prioritize needs, and define the scope of solutions
Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in Product Designer roles with the development of products and services in technology companies or high-growth startups
- Proven track record in designing services, behavioral design, product design, and design systems
- Advanced English language skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, Marketing, Technology, or Business
