Senior Product Designer

You will own the end-to-end UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing for the SaaS application, ensuring solutions are consistent and accessible. You will also scope complex problems, perform continuous discovery, and articulate design thinking to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design, prototyping, and testing for E1's SaaS application
• Independently scope complex problems within the user journey, performing continuous discovery and mapping user journeys and growth loops
• Articulate and guide design thinking and decisions to cross-functional peers and senior leaders
• Focus on user research, synthesizing insights, and defining clear design opportunities
• Contribute to the ongoing development and governance of E1's design system and component libraries

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS organizations working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to design innovative solutions that meet the needs of a diverse customer base
• Strong understanding of UX tools and processes
• Ability to contribute to elevating design maturity across the organization
• Ability to collaborate with other designers to improve design consistency and quality
