Senior Product Designer (Data Products)

The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end product design process, focusing on LevelTen's data products and visualizations across the platform. This includes conducting user research to translate complex data into easily understandable and accessible design solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product design process from concept to completion, ensuring seamless integration and user experience of LevelTen's data products and data visualizations across the entire platform
- Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors
- Develop creative and effective design solutions that address complex challenges in renewable energy procurement
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product lines
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience designing data-rich experiences for B2B customers and applications in a startup environment
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for understanding their needs
- Technical proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Highcharts, Tableau, Omni) and basic understanding of data structures and databases
- Innovative mindset and ability to leverage new technologies to enhance product design and user experience
