This role involves designing end-to-end product experiences across dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools, while collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure correct implementation. Key tasks include creating production-ready designs in Figma and proactively identifying and proposing improvements for existing UX gaps.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences across dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure the right solutions are built, including defining user flows, states, and edge cases to support clear implementation.
- Operate effectively with ambiguous or evolving requirements by asking questions, proposing ideas, and moving work forward proactively.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that are production-ready and clearly communicated for handoff.
- Proactively identify UX gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in existing experiences and propose improvements.
- Contribute to and evolve a growing design system and shared component library.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and strong design decisions across the organization.
- Present work and rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- An online portfolio is required, demonstrating end-to-end product design work and design thinking.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design, preferably on SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components and shared libraries.
- Experience designing data-heavy or complex workflows with strong UX fundamentals.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with Engineering and understand implementation constraints.
- Experience in user research and usability testing, with the ability to apply insights to guide design decisions.
- Comfort working with ambiguity, with the initiative to seek clarity and propose solutions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking up when needed.
