Own the complete design process from discovery to pixel-perfect UI, solving complex product challenges within the JFrog SaaS platform. Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, and other team members to ensure a user-centered design approach.
Responsibilities
- Owning the complete design process - from discovery to pixel-perfect UI
- Solving complex product challenges within the JFrog SaaS platform
- Conducting research through design discovery and validation - usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis
- Advocating for a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach within the squad, ensuring decisions are data-backed and user-centric
- Proactively optimizing design workflows, enhancing collaboration, and leading platform-wide improvement projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years of in-house experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- Experience working in-house at a large-scale B2B/B2C product company, with complex SaaS products
- A solid background in user-centered and data-driven design methodologies
- Experience in defining and leading design work processes, as a champion for a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach
- Technical proficiency, ability to design for and understand complex technical domains in software development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- High proficiency in Figma, including UI design, prototyping, and working with Design System components
- Experience working with global teams
