Product Designer (UX/UI)

As a Junior Product Designer, you will support the team by executing design tasks, documenting your work, and ensuring outputs meet standards. You will assist with research, build wireframes, prepare UI mockups, and refine existing flows under guidance.
Responsibilities
- Support the team by executing clearly defined design tasks, documenting work, and ensuring that outputs meet accessibility and design standards
- Assist with research activities, building wireframes, preparing UI mockups, and helping refine existing flows under the guidance of more senior designers
- Contribute to ongoing design transformation by learning and applying the design system, documenting components, and collaborating with fellow designers to maintain consistency across TBC products
- Participate in research execution, support workshops, and begin contributing basic updates to shared design assets
- Evaluate progress based on delivery quality, accuracy, and adherence to established guidelines, confirming readiness for increased ownership
- Prepare individual development plan outlining how to expand skills, increase autonomy, and grow toward the next level
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI or a related field
- Exposure to fintech products is considered an advantage
- Ability to work within a cross-functional product team and follow established processes and guidance
- Basic portfolio demonstrating wireframes, UI mockups, or academic/real projects
- Understanding of usability principles, accessibility basics, and structured design documentation
- Basic proficiency with UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch, including working with existing components and preparing simple prototypes
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve skills through collaboration with more experienced designers
- Product mindset fundamentals β familiarity with concepts such as user journeys, personas, and basic research methods
- B2+ English skills for daily collaboration
