Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design activities, ensuring designs are user-centered and high-performing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate technical feasibility and support the implementation of designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of user-centered designs through wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction patterns
- Translate business requirements, user research, and UX best practices into intuitive and elegant interfaces
- Ensure design solutions align with enterprise design systems and contribute to their growth and consistency
- Partner with front-end developers to validate technical feasibility and support high-quality translation of designs into working applications
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3â5+ years of experience in UX/UI product design within Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, UX research methods, and usability principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with front-end teams working in React, Angular, or similar frameworks
