Senior Product Designer (w/m/d)

The Senior Product Designer will focus on creating user-centered product experiences and transforming complex problems into elegant solutions. Responsibilities include conducting discovery and research, prototyping, testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and research to identify problems and opportunities
- Create data-driven design decisions and measure the success of solutions
- Develop and test prototypes to validate ideas
- Create product design excellence from sketch to final interface
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product design, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
- Experience with ShapeUp, Scrum, and Continuous Discovery
- Strategic thinking and understanding of business goals
- Tool expertise, including Figma, Dovetail, Mixpanel, and AI-Tools
- Quality focus and ability to measure success with metrics like CSAT, CES, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value
