The Senior Product Designer will identify user and business opportunities within Boltâs identity and verification flows and create scalable product experiences. They will collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize acquisition funnels and establish best practices.
Responsibilities
- Quickly prototype and iterate design concepts
- Confidently present design ideas to senior stakeholders using a balance of data-driven insights and strong design intuition
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to bring your design concepts to life
- Advocate for user-centric, high-quality design solutions across the team while effectively balancing multiple tasks and timelines
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional UX craftsmanship
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and collaborate seamlessly through Jira and Confluence
