Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interaction design on client projects

- Champion accessibility and inclusive design
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in interaction design, UX design, or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles, design psychology, and usability heuristics
- Proven experience designing responsive, multi-device experiences
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
