The role involves supporting the design team in creating user-centered digital products and experiences, working closely with senior designers to conduct research, create wireframes, and prototypes. Key duties include designing responsive interfaces for complex financial products and contributing to the creation and maintenance of the Design System.
Responsibilities
- Designing responsive web and app interfaces for complex financial products used by Computershare clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Developers and Business Analysts
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Design System using Figma and Zeroheight
- Supporting UX research activities: conducting user interviews, analysing data, and presenting findings
- Mapping out user journeys, flows, and wireframes using UX best practices
- Participating in UX reviews, workshops, and design critiques
- Testing and validating designs though usability testing and user feedback
Requirements
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Familiarity with user research techniques, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
- Design tool skills – Figma, Miro
- Stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
