The UX Designer will support the design team in creating user-centered digital products and experiences, working closely with senior designers. Responsibilities include designing web and app interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting UX research activities.
Responsibilities
- Designing responsive web and app interfaces for complex financial products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Developers and Business Analysts
- Contribution to the creation and maintenance of Design System using Figma and Zeroheight
- Supporting UX research activities: conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and presenting findings
- Mapping out user journeys, flows, and wireframes using UX best practices
- Participating in UX reviews, workshops, and design critiques
- Testing and validating designs through usability testing and user feedback
Requirements
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Familiarity with user research techniques, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Design tool skills – Figma, Miro
- Stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
