Hybrid Full-time Junior

The UX Designer will support the design team in creating user-centered digital products and experiences, working closely with senior designers. Responsibilities include designing web and app interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting UX research activities.

Responsibilities

  • Designing responsive web and app interfaces for complex financial products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Developers and Business Analysts
  • Contribution to the creation and maintenance of Design System using Figma and Zeroheight
  • Supporting UX research activities: conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and presenting findings
  • Mapping out user journeys, flows, and wireframes using UX best practices
  • Participating in UX reviews, workshops, and design critiques
  • Testing and validating designs through usability testing and user feedback

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
  • Familiarity with user research techniques, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Design tool skills – Figma, Miro
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
