Senior Product Designer, Menu Experience

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own significant parts of the menu management experience, translating merchant needs into scalable and accessible designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship impactful work that enhances merchant expression and customer trust.
Responsibilities
- Set direction and own end-to-end design for core menu experiences, including rich media capture, enhancement, and management workflows
- Make the power of GenAI accessible to merchants from all walks of life, making advanced capabilities feel simple, trustworthy, and approachable
- Use AI across the design workflow to ideate, prototype, validate concepts, and improve team efficiency
- Collaborate and influence cross-functionally, building trust with Product, Engineering, Research, and business partners
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and shipping complex product experiences, ideally in B2B, platform, or systems-heavy environments
- Strong interaction, visual, and systems design craft, with a high bar for quality, accessibility, and usability
- Excitement about rich media, content systems, and emerging AI-powered workflows
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems and drive them to clarity, decisions, and shipped solutions
- Comfort designing for non-technical users in high-stakes, high-impact workflows
