You will lead the design transformation for tools used in vehicle purchase and sales, focusing on enhancing user experience through UX principles and AI capabilities. You will create and review design artifacts and collaborate with analytics colleagues to ensure exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design transformation of the tool landscape for vehicle purchase and vehicle sales departments
- Champion exceptional user experience beyond tools alone, advising analytics colleagues on pre-final releases of top management dashboards and Excel reports
- Create and review design artifacts (e.g., prototypes, high-fidelity wireframes) and push the boundaries of rapid product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability across all products
Requirements
- Several years of proven UX/UI design experience, ideally for internal tools in a data-driven business environment
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma) and AI solutions (e.g., Magic Patterns)
- Fluent English communication skills, with German being a plus
