
Senior UX Designer- Energy
Utility Warehouse Remote (🇬🇧 London, United Kingdom)
You will lead the end-to-end experience across digital and offline touch points, ensuring consistency through design patterns and frameworks. Additionally, you will coach teams to think beyond individual products and embed service design as a strategic capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end experience across digital and offline touchpoints, creating consistency at scale through clear design patterns, frameworks, and standards
- Drive adoption of a unified design language, enable collaboration, and support designers in the team
- Coach teams to think beyond individual products, embed service design as a lasting capability, and help shift design from a reactive function to a strategic partner
- Strategy and leadership: drive goals, prioritize work, and influence product direction
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer with a solid understanding of full-cycle user-centered design
- Best-in-class design, wireframe (low and high fidelity), and prototyping skills
- Demonstrable experience of applying a range of research methodologies to drive reliable insights
- Experience of leading design across complex user flows and multi-platform experiences
- Understands, assesses against, and can explain WCAG guidelines and accessibility considerations
