The Product Designer will create and evolve user flows to ensure an intuitive and consistent experience across all customer journeys. They will also contribute to interface standards and internal communication guidelines while working with user data to identify friction points and improve overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and evolve fluxes, ensuring intuitive, clear, and consistent experiences for clients
- Contribute to the development of the company's design system
- Work with data and user feedback to identify points of friction and improve the understanding of the experience
- Document important decisions and contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Follow usage metrics and propose continuous improvements with a focus on clarity and efficiency
Requirements
- Formation in Design, Design of Interaction, Interface, Communication, or related area
- Proven experience in UX Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates processes, reasoning, and deliveries that show concern for clarity and impact for the user
- Ability to communicate ideas and solutions in a simple and objective way, both visually and through texts within the interface
- Knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with user research methods and user-centered design
- Attention to detail, critical sense, and interest in how information is perceived
