Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will assist in developing and designing campaigns and sales collateral, including digital content, by contributing to brainstorming sessions and collaborating with marketing and business units to create effective design solutions. Essential functions include leading creative direction from concept through execution for various media, understanding business initiatives, and maintaining brand standards across all assets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and design of campaigns and programs, including digital content and sales collateral material
- Contribute in brainstorming sessions and work closely with the marketing and communications team and business units to develop creative solutions for all marketing campaigns and programs
- Partner with marketing managers, writers, designers and product specialists to create digital assets and marketing materials that communicate information effectively with the use of design
- Constructively participate in cross-functional communications, use skills to design thinking, correctly use graphic systems, typography, iconography, color, pattern, and form
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design or Fine Arts preferred
- Corporate or agency background preferred
- 3+ years of Graphic Design experience
- Expert level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Strong online portfolio that demonstrates graphic design, art direction, interactive design, typography, storytelling with attention to detail
