
This role serves as the primary guardian of visual identity, ensuring all marketing assets align with brand standards across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. The Lead Graphic Designer will create high-impact designs for campaigns and develop scalable templates and frameworks for global teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary guardian of visual identity, ensuring all marketing assets meet brand standards
- Develop high-impact graphics for brochures, presentations, trade show materials, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Create reusable templates for recurring assets
- Collaborate with product marketing specialists and stakeholders to align creative output with messaging
- Build scalable design systems and maintain organized asset libraries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a mid-level or lead role
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-level creative work across digital and print platforms
- Experience developing brand guidelines and scalable design systems
