The Senior Motion Graphic Designer will create compelling motion graphics and design elements for news campaigns, collaborating with producers to integrate these elements seamlessly with video. The role requires expertise in motion design and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers to integrate design and graphic elements with video
- Create motion graphics and animations for news broadcasts
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all platforms
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Work closely with team members to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas
Requirements
- Experience in newsroom solutions and graphics workflows like Ross XPression & Chyron
- Expert-level work in motion design and tracking & compositing in a 3D environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across a variety of design disciplines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards
