Middle Product Designer (UI/UX)

The Middle Product Designer will be responsible for product design, prototyping, and creating design solutions that address business challenges. They will also present their work and collaborate with team members including product owners and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Design products
• Prototyping and designing in Figma
• Developing design solutions that solve business problems
• Presenting their work and arguing design decisions
• Understanding UX principles and guidelines
• Teamwork with product owners, project managers, and business analysts, design leads

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in design, mostly in web application design (portfolio is required)
• Knowledge of Figma at a good level
• Experience in designing user experience and interaction based on competitor analysis, research, user needs, and business requirements
• Ability to argue their UX decisions
• Experience in testing design solutions with users (moderated/unmoderated interviews)
