The role involves designing intuitive, ergonomic UX/UI for web, mobile, and tablet, defining interactions, and contributing to multi-brand Design Systems while adhering to accessibility standards. Responsibilities also include preparing clear handoff specifications for development and collaborating cross-functionally with product owners and engineers to ensure timely, quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, ergonomic UX/UI for web, mobile, and tablet (responsive-first)
- Define interactions and micro-animations that improve clarity and usability
- Work within multi-brand Design Systems and accessibility standards
- Contribute to Design System components (patterns, variants, states)
- Prepare clear handoff to development (specs, assets, states) and support UI QA/validation
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver on time and with quality
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating transactional journeys or funnel optimization
- Practical experience with Design Systems and cross-functional delivery with engineering
- Working knowledge of accessibility (e.g., WCAG principles) and inclusive design
