The Product Designer will collaborate with various teams to create user-centered experiences across the ESG data management platform. They will lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and translate complex workflows into intuitive designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to craft thoughtful end-to-end experiences
- Lead user research and usability testing to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and inform design decisions
- Translate complex problems and requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Deliver data-informed design solutions that balance usability, performance, consistency, and accessibility
- Present work in design reviews and offer constructive, supportive feedback to teammates
Requirements
- 3â5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design for web-based applications
- Strong grounding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing techniques
- Proven ability to independently break down and solve complex, ambiguous user problems
- Proficient in Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
