Own and drive UX/UI design from discovery to delivery for web, mobile, and tablet experiences. Mentor junior designers and raise design quality through reviews, coaching, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive UX/UI design from discovery to delivery for web, mobile, and tablet experiences
- Optimize subscription funnels and decision-support journeys using evidence
- Establish clear handoff standards and lead UI QA/validation with development teams
- Define and track UX KPIs; translate insights into design improvements and prioritized recommendations
- Mentor junior designers and raise design quality through reviews, coaching, and best practices
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI
- Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, funnel optimization, and/or design system contributions
- Experience defining UX KPIs and using feedback/analytics to guide product evolution
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
